Revisen mas comentarios en su pagina de facebook Al momento de querer hacer la garantia de unos lentes que compre para mi hija, resulta que los 375 pesos que me dijeron y prometieron que solo pagaria en caso de que mis lentes se dañaran pues quedo en eso, en una gran y fabulosa mentira, llegamos a la tienda de Forum Buenavista y ahora tendremos que pagar 1200 pesos para que los lentes puedan ser cubiertos por el seguro, la compra inicial fue de 1300 osea que bien por el beneficio del dichoso seguro, ademas de que me quieren cambiar todo el anteojo y solo el armazon es el que esta dañado por que si no, no aplica el seguro, la compra la hice en Mayo de este año, esta tienda es un fraude. Es la ultima vez que compro con ellos y aqui mi experiencia para que no caigan mas incautos. ES UNA TOTAL DECEPCION Y NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, Abusados Todos!! El problema es que no veo con esos lentes de contacto y fui a la sucursal y me dijeron que es porque tiene menos graduación de la que necesito porque le pusieron así para poderlos pagar con los cupones, insisten en que yo estuve de acuerdo y me parece algo ilógico aceptar una graduación mucho menor a la que me corresponde solo por poder pagar con cupones. Y me dicen que para la graduación que necesito tengo que dar una diferencia de 1300 pesos, cosa que nunca mencionaron. Appalling!!! Y los lentes nada baratos, por el mismo precio y mejor calidad hay muchas más. Manufactura de lentes pésima(contestación por parte de empleados pues o se lleva sus lentes (mal hechos) o le hacemos devolución. Dejándote sin lentes para poder ver (manejar, trabajar, etc.) Lens warranties do not apply to you. Which is supposed to be one of the package attributes.
