C	Claudia Paola Vargas López on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un problema con el seguro que ofrecen y la encargada no me pudo dar más solución que decirme que acuda a la sucursal donde hice el primer pedido y si no me resuelven meta mi queja a atención al cliente, no recomiendo que hagan "válido" su seguro ya que aparte de que sale igual de caro , el pesos al no corrobora los datos y todavía le echan la culpa a uno que tampoco lo mencionó, si se supone que ellos tienen el historial y uno confía en que se guarde todo en el expediente. Mucho tiempo de espera y te tratan como un ladrón solo por una “bolsita para los lentes” que nunca me entregaron , además de que ya no entregan el estuche dan bolsa de tela, la señora que me atendió aseguraba que ya la había entregado y se pone con una actitud de que sus”bolsitas de tela para los lentes” están inventariadas y no me podía dar otra!! pagamos 4 lentes, por qué asistí con mi familia y no nos podía dar otra “bolsita”, por favor!!! Never go near that branch! Terrible service! La verdad es que entre paquetes, descuentos y cupones hacen lo que quieren para llegarle al precio del ticket q buscan. A mi como millennial me gusta tener visibilidad de todas mis opciones y escoger lo q necesito. No me dejaron pasar con mi perro a recoger los lentes. The receptionist somehow didn’t know what refraction indices are for glasses and hung up on me when I asked to speak to their resident optometrist. I had to go there in person for the optometrist to inform me they only have 1.67.
