★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención por parte del encargado te atienden de forma grosera como si no tuviera ganas de trabajar. No les recomiendo ir a esa sucursal seguramente pasaran un mal rato.
 Poor attention from the manager, they attend you rudely as if they did not feel like working. I do not recommend going to that branch, they will surely have a bad time.

Me hicieron mi examen de la vista y me graduaron mal uno de mis ojos argumentando que posiblemente mi ojo no enfocaba bien y pues era lo mejor que ellos podían hacer y en vez de orientarme, lo dejaron así y así se hicieron mis lentes. Como no me sentí cómodo con ellos consulté en otra óptica y me enteré que me habían hecho mal la graduación. Me parece inadmisible que los profesionales que trabajan ahí no sean capaces de hacer bien una graduación de lentes y salgas mas confundido que orientado
Although they took good care of me, the professional service they offer is not of quality. They did my eye exam and they graduated one of my eyes poorly arguing that possibly my eye did not focus well and because it was the best they could do and instead of orienting me, they left it like that and my glasses were made. As I was not comfortable with them, I consulted another optician and found out that my graduation had been bad. It seems unacceptable to me that the professionals who work there are not able to do a good lens prescription and leave more confused than oriented

P.D. los lentes me los entregaron muy rápido, antes del tiempo prometido.
