Terrible service, I had to return twice to adjust my daughter's glasses because they fell off and always with their faces to do it and anyway they did not fit well, I will have to adjust them in another branch, especially the guy who attends is very lazy .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetentes, no se responsabilizan de su mal trabajo e información proporcionada, tampoco proporcionan nada para comprobar que brindaron un mal servicio. Regrese mis lentes varias veces y aún así quedaron mal, y se pusieron groseros cuando les quise hacer ver que no cumplieron con el ajuste que se había establecido, definitivamente no lo recomiendo y por supuesto no volveré a comprar nada con ellos.
Incompetent, they do not take responsibility for their bad work and information provided, nor do they provide anything to prove that they provided bad service. I returned my glasses several times and they still looked bad, and they got rude when I wanted to make them see that they did not meet the adjustment that had been established, I definitely do not recommend it and of course I will not buy anything with them again.
