★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llegar tuve que esperar que la encargada dejara de estar hablando en el celular. Pedí que me hicieran el servicio "gratis" de por vida que ofrecen. Únicamente me pusieron la goma que me hacía falta ni más ni menos, tan siquiera hubieran cambiado las 2 ☹️ una se ve gastada y la otra nueva jajajaa
Upon arrival I had to wait for the manager to stop talking on the cell phone. I asked for the "free" service for life that they offer. They only put the rubber that I needed neither more nor less, they would not even have changed the 2 ☹️ one looks worn and the other new hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d like to preface with the fact my husband and I literally JUST moved to CDMX for his work, so my Spanish is not super great yet. I try my best and I’m currently learning, but I’m far from fluent. I came in here today to pick up an order, and I don’t think I have ever been treated so poorly in my entire life. The lady working started yelling at me right off the bat. Absolutely zero patience or friendliness whatsoever. I kept trying to tell her that I was confused and didn’t understand because my Spanish isn’t good, yet she refused to slow down her speech at all or use the translator that I offered her on my phone. I gave her my ID and showed her my order receipt, but she still continued to yell about god knows what. I left there nearly in tears because of how angry and upset I was from being so mistreated. I wish I could receive a refund and return the contacts so that my money didn’t go to this store. An absolutely terrible experience. I am genuinely surprised she has managed to keep her job. I should’ve known better judging by all the other 1-star reviews on here.
