★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha variedad de flores pero muy mala atención. Solicité sugerencias para un ramo debido a mi falta de experiencia en la materia y la señora solo me levantó las cejas y me dijo "pues tú sabes". No volveré.
A lot of variety of flowers but very bad attention. I requested suggestions for a bouquet due to my lack of experience in the field and the lady only raised my eyebrows and said "well you know". I will not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos quedaron horriblemente mal en nuestra boda, qué triste que medio se arruinó el evento... Lástima que piden todo pagado 15 días antes y ya a la hora de la hora... Te ponen lo que quieren. Mi boda fue ya hace tiempo, pero si se lucieron por el mugrero que hicieron. Tengo todo documentado en fotos y vídeo jajaja así que no hay que soy un mentiroso :) solamente les digo Aguas con lo que pidan en este lugar para sus eventos
We were horribly wrong at our wedding, how sad that the event was half ruined ... Too bad they ask for everything paid 15 days before and already on the hour ... They give you what they want. My wedding was a long time ago, but they did show off because of the mess they made. I have everything documented in photos and video hahaha so there is no that I am a liar :) I only tell them Aguas with what they ask for in this place for their events

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo e irresponsable negocio. El miercoles hago dos pedidos para el viernes y me dicen que ese mismo dia podia pagar al recoger. Un día después llamo para confirmar mi pedido, una mujer me contesta y lo verifica con otra persona y hasta me mandan un whatsapp confirmando mi pedido. Llego el viernes y mi pedido no estaba que porque no habia dado anticipo, me dicen que ya no hay rosas rojas y me elevan el precio de lo que les les quedaba para venderme. Nadie se ofreció a darme una solución A SU ERROR. No gasten su dinero en esta clase de negocios descomprimetidos con el cliente. Como quiera ya advertí a mis amigos y conocidos de no gastar su tiempo y dinero en este pésimo lugar, elijan cualquier otro negocio.
Terrible and irresponsible business. On Wednesday I make two orders for Friday and they tell me that that same day I could pay to pick up. A day later I call to confirm my order, a woman answers me and verifies it with another person and they even send me a whatsapp confirming my order. Friday came and my order was not because I had not given advance, they tell me that there are no red roses and they raise the price of what they had left to sell me. No one offered to give me a solution TO HIS MISTAKE. Do not spend your money on this kind of unpaid business with the customer. However, I warned my friends and acquaintances not to spend their time and money in this lousy place, choose any other business.
