★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here you have your choice of Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Massage and all of it legitimate. I needed some chiropractic treatment and Alma was extremely thorough. Afterwards I was a bit tender at first but by the next day I was walking three times as far as I had been previously without having to sit. Background: 7 weeks ago my sacro-iliac joint started to give me problems. At first I could only walk 20 meters at a time without s sitting and stretching. Three weeks of chiro and massage back home got me up to 50 meters. Then I added acupuncture and got up to 100 meters the next week. Before Alma, I was walking maybe 500 meters and yesterday i went 1500.
