A pesar de esta arriesgada y por decir poco preocupante decisión, se respetan bien las normas de seguridad, los trabajadores son atentos y amables, y si fuese a destacar algo a mejorar sería el aseo, habiendo poco material para las ya de por si pocas personas de producción, siendo que rara la vez se aseen áreas como los sanitarios. There has been a recent cut of personnel, in spite of needing people in production, specifically the area of sanding, suffering from more criticism and pressure than others, it is not indicated that they request more than watchmen to the day in which this review is written. Con unos guantes que te deben de durar (según ellos) más de un mes. Pero no te duran ni una semana y las manos terminan literal como una lija, no tienen ni pastillas (las tienes que comprar por tu cuenta) para dolor muscular el cual te da de tanto lijar, o pastillas para la tos que con el paso de los días provoca el respirar todo el polvo que sale de las 50 macetas (o más) lijadas diariamente por trabajador. Si todo muy lindo en cuanto a artesanía, pero todo muy mal en cuanto a cuidar de sus empleados. Beautiful crafts detailed by hand, by underpaid staff, and wearing substandard face masks. With gloves that should last (according to them) more than a month. But they don't last a week and your hands literally end up like sandpaper, they don't have any pills (you have to buy them on your own) for muscle pain which gives you so much sanding, or cough drops that with the passage of every day it causes breathing in all the dust that comes out of the 50 pots (or more) sanded daily per worker. Yes, all very nice in terms of crafts, but all very bad in terms of taking care of their employees.
