★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy molesta ya que hice mi cita para estética de mi perrito... Lo deje a las 12:30 PM y me dijeron antes de las 5 lo tenemos... Marco a las 4:45 y me dicen que no lo van a poder atender que por qué salió una cirugía de emergencia... Totalmente entendible... Le pregunto que si solo era ella de personal y me dice que hay más personas .. a lo que le digo .. pues entonces un WhatsApp no te quita ni 2 min para decirme que se les presento una cirugía a las 12 PM... Osea ya estaban en cirugía cuando lleve a mi perrito y aún así ahí lo tuvieron 5 horas en una jaula!!! ????? Super mala experiencia... Y me dicen le podemos ofrecer cambiar su cita!!! O un descuento... Y les digo... De cuanto?? No se déjeme checar!!! Ay noooo que mal deberaS!!!
 I am very upset since I made my appointment for my dog's cosmetic ... I left him at 12:30 PM and they told me before 5 we have him ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vet just tries to sell medication as much as possible. No matter what the problem is, they’ll fill your animal with antibiotics. If the antibiotics don’t work, they double the dosage the next week and give them more. This is extremely dangerous and WILL lead to your pet getting much sicker in the future, just because the veterinarian didn’t actually know what they were doing.
Do not trust these people, they are not professional, and they are no more effective at diagnosing and treating your animal than google, but they ask for a lot more money.
If you love your pet, do NOT bring them here.
