En cada Visita, Recibo un Excelente Trato, y mi Mascota sale super contenta. Lo Tratan tan Bien que nunca se opone a regresar, entra muy tranquilo y contento.( Siempre sale Oliendo Riquísimo ) Los Precios están muy Bien y La atención siempre es excelente. Yo no Voy a ningún lado mas que ahí, si tienes una emergencia te atienden super rápido. Gracias Por Cuidar a mi Precioso Dori...!! Saludos y se los Recomiendo.

(He always leaves smelling delicious) The prices are very good and the service is always excellent. I'm not going anywhere other than there, if you have an emergency they treat you super fast. La peor veterinaria que e ido, pesima atención al cliente por parte del veterinario, Te cobran hasta por respirar, me habían advertido en venir, pero mi mascota estaba en muy mal estado y no tenia opción, aparte de cobrarme la consulta que nunca se hizo, mi mascota no se recupero. Jamas los recomendare.
The worst vet I have ever gone, terrible customer service from the vet, they even charge you for breathing, they had warned me to come, but my pet was in very bad condition and I had no option, apart from charging me for the consultation that was never done , my pet did not recover. I will never recommend them.

Terrible experiencia! El pasado 1 de mayo llevé a mi mascota para servicio de baño y corte, lo dejé aproximadamente a las 11:15 h. me lo entregaron a las 19:00 h., cuando les escribía preguntándoles por él me decían que todavía no estaba y que ellos se comunicarían conmigo. En fin, tardaron casi 8 horas en entregarme al perro.
Terrible experience! La peor veterinaria al que he asistido, lleve mi gato por qué sufrio un accidente y al momento de llegar el veterinario lo primero que me pregunto fue: ¿tienes con que pagarlo? Pero que poco profesionalismo de su parte super nefasto y no solo eso, preferi retirarme y todavía el desgraciado me cobro sin siquiera checar a mi mascota. Deberían clausurar esa veterinaria por sus malas practicas son unos ¡abusivos!

El personal se comportó de manera muy déspota, lleve a mi perrita de 2 meses por un baño y me dijeron que el horario era hasta a las 19:30, y que me hablarían en cuanto estuviera lista, me marcaron a las 19:10 para decirme que ya estaba lista y cambiando la hora que cerraban a las 19:00 en punto. Llegué entre 10 y 15 minutos al local por qué estaba lloviendo y había tráfico y aún encontré a dos personas cerrando las puertas bajé la ventana y dije que venía por la cachorrita me volteó a ver y simplemente se volteó para cerrar el candado me baje incluso con la lluvia y al estarle diciendo que venía por la perrita y que están muy pequeña porque tenía dos meses se subió a su coche y cerró la puerta dejándome hablando. Se comportó de una manera muy déspota. Si así es su trato con las personas no me imagino como será con los animalitos que no tienen forma de reclamarle.
