Con mi desayuno incluyeron un café un poco aguado, no muy bueno; también un “jugo de naranja” (de bote), de no muy buena calidad que es posible sustituir por fruta de temporada. Mis chilaquiles buenos, tal vez les hacía falta tantita sal, pero nada que no pudiera ser solucionado; el omelette de huitlacoche también bien, aunque el queso no me gustó mucho. Así mismo el itacate es buena opción, pero deberían mejorar la presentación. Igual, necesitan más meseros, el que nos atendió parecía ser el único y cometía algunos errores u omisiones que podían evitarse si hubiera alguien más que lo apoyara.
