Los precios son un poco altos, pero en el alimento creo que vale la pena por la calidad.
The staff is very attentive and they are always on the lookout if you need anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manejan la marca Nupec que es por lo que yo compro ahí, tienen tarjeta de puntos y pueden llevar el producto a domicilio pidiendo por teléfono y entregando el mismo día.
En general atienden bien y de manera rápida, tienen muchos productos para perritos pero para gatos u otras mascotas no tanto pero creo eso es habitual en tiendas así.
They handle the Nupec brand, which is why I buy there, they have a points card and can take the product home by ordering by phone and delivering the same day.
In general they serve well and quickly, they have many products for puppies but for cats or other pets not so much but I think that is common in stores like this.

No quisieron rembolsarla y tengo que ir a otro lugar a que la hagan bien. La tipa que me atendió de malas y fastidiada de no tener gente... mal servicio recibí.
It seemed that they worked badly. We requested a pet tag and the girl who attended us did not give the instructions, and the tag came out wrong. They didn't want to refund it and I have to go somewhere else to get it done right. The girl who treated me bad and annoyed at not having people... I received bad service.
