★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice mi pedido por didi y me lo cancelaron por lo que llame a la tienda para averiguar la razón ya que ya había efectuado el pago, me dijeron que me rembolsarian en un periodo de 10 días y como me urgia el alimento volví a hacef el pedido pero esta vez me aseguraron que no lo iban a cancelar, antes de hacer el pedido tuve que consultar con la tienda las existencias porque no tienen todo lo que ofrecen en la app. El pedido llego bien sin problema.
Hay que tomar en cuenta que los repartidores tardan más en entregar ya que entregan primero los pedidos de comida o productos que pudieran regarse, enfriarse o que sean pedecedero
Después en otro pedido compre un kong el cual me llego en mal estado, super maltratado y parecía usado, intente llamar para reclamar y ver de que manera me resolvían nada! Y el kong no es nada barato.
No volveré a comprar con ellos, ni a hacer pedidos ya que me parece super mal que envíen un producto en esas condiciones y a precio de nuevo.
Mejor compren en otra tienda en donde les envíen productos de calidad ya que estamos pagando por ellos.
O en su caso ir a comprar personalmente y cerciorarse de la calidad de los productos pero en ese caso no se para que existen las apps de envío si vamos a terminar yendo a realizar la comprar para evitar que nos manden lo que quieran?

It must be taken into account that the distributors take longer to deliver since they deliver first the orders of food or products that could be watered, cooled or that are dangerous
Later in another order I bought a kong which came to me in bad condition, super abused and seemed used, I tried to call to claim and see how they solved anything for me! And the kong is not cheap at all.
I will not buy with them again, or place orders since it seems super bad that they send a product in those conditions and at a new price.
Better buy in another store where they send you quality products since we are paying for them.
Or in your case go to buy personally and make sure the quality of the products but in that case I do not know why shipping apps exist if we are going to end up going to make the purchase to avoid that they send us what they want?
