De las varias veces que fui a la sucursal casi siempre había un cliente con quejas. Es la primera y última vez que compro algo en maskota. I sent a plaque for my dog, after a month and a half they preferred to return the money because I had no idea if the plaque would arrive. Después, una chica sin casi nada de ganas, por ahí vagando entre la tienda. Le preguntamos sobre ropa para mascotas y con desánimo nos contestó que: "no había más modelos". Bien surtida la tienda pero con falta de atención y servicio. We went to the Patio Claveria branch and the man at the entrance, on his cell phone, didn't even welcome you. Later, a girl with almost no desire, wandering around the store. We asked him about pet clothing and he discouragedly replied that "there were no more models."
