SINCE YESTERDAY WE HAVE NO SIGNAL. I HAVE CALLED FROM 9 AM UNTIL 4 PM AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED! BUT IF ONE TAKES PAY A DAY THEN THEN THE HUGE BOX COMES OUT ON THE SCREEN YOU MUST. EVIL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están trabajando? Contesten!!!!!! Es una porquería el servicio y estoy pagando bastante dinero por un pésimo servicio 515.00 pesos mensuales. Nunca contestan y dan puras largas, los canales están desconfigurados todosss y he hablado y me dicen que desde el apagón que hubo en Saltillo se desconfiguró el sistema y que el último de septiembre ya quedaría, pero como ya los conozco que nunca dicen la verdad hasta la fecha estoy esperando pero encima ni contestan. Sino encuentro una respuesta en esta semana, lo siento pero tendré que cancelarlo.
They are working? Answer !!!!!! The service is crap and I am paying quite a lot for a lousy service 515.00 pesos per month. They never answer and give long lengths, the channels are all misconfigured and I have spoken and they tell me that since the blackout that occurred in Saltillo the system was misconfigured and that the last of September would already remain, but as I already know them they never tell the truth until I am waiting for the date but they do not even answer.
