Llegue a comprar varios artículos que me hacían falta para terminar de instalar unos muebles en la casa. Cuando llegamos nos recibió el guardia y una señorita, al momento de darles un saludo, fuimos ignorados, ni siquiera un que se les ofrece o en que puedo ayudarles. Por este motivo nos dirigimos al mostrador para solicitar los artículos, pero al llegar y volver de ofrecer un saludo, de nuevo fuimos ignorados. Al pasar de varios minutos y de que en el mostrador había 5 personas, NUNCA nos atendieron, ni una señal de un momento, simplemente nos vieron y nos dejaron parados. Recuerden NO nos están haciendo un favor, pagamos por un servicio y un artículo. Como clientes merecemos mínimo un poco de amabilidad y atención.
