La única vez que me han brindado un buen servicio fue ayer con una señorita y por cuestiones de trabajo no pude probarme el producto y por eso mismo acudí hoy.
Cual es mi sorpresa que prácticamente me ignoran siendo que yo ya estaba dispuesto a comprarles ( es decir la venta que tenían ganada la perdieron por la imprudencia de aplicar el de “ te hacemos un favor al atenderte”
La verdad me voy muy insatisfecho …
Terrible service, they go twice to acquire a product at the branch but they never have the measures, nor do they offer options...
The only time they have provided me with good service was yesterday with a lady and due to work issues I couldn't try the product on and that's why I went today.
What is my surprise that they practically ignore me since I was already willing to buy from them (that is, the sale they had won was lost due to the imprudence of applying the "we are doing you a favor by serving you"
The truth is that I am very dissatisfied...
