★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y calidad, llevamos 9 años trabajando con ellos y en nuestra Convención Nacional de Uniones nunca hemos tenido problemas, al contrario nos han ayudado a resolver detalles, como una mancha horrible de humedad en el hotel y ellos nos hicieron material de un día a otro y ocultar lo que el hotel no pudo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa que se venden como una empresa confiable y que da soporte a empresas que participan en expos. Pero lo unico que hacen bien es "MENTIR" ya que el trabajo que nos entregaron no fue nada cerca a lo que nos proyectaron en "render" pagando por algo mal hecho $57,000 más Iva y entre pretextos, justificaciones y argumentos prepotentes del encargado Rodrigo Brauer nos menciono que el trabajo es artesanal y que tiende a cambiar un 20% respecto al diseño original. Cambios que tampoco nos fueron notificados y por consecuencia surgieron un sin fin de errores.
Y a eso se le suma la manera tan poco profesional de hacer las cosas ya que dejamos en manos de esta empresa la instalacion y llegando un dia antes del evento apenas estaba llevando el material para producirlo, a las 11.00 am de iniciado la expo aún no lo acababan. Y los viniles de los graficos se levantaron derivado de que aun estaba fresca la pintura.
Nos sentimos desilucionados y que el valor de nuestra inversión en el stand quedo perdida.
Si se compartiera el caso para no recomendar a Master Display nos parece que salvarian a otras empresas.
It is a company that is sold as a reliable company and that supports companies that participate in expos. But the only thing they do well is "LIE" since the work they gave us was nothing close to what they projected us in "render" paying for something badly done $ 57,000 plus VAT and between pretexts, justifications and arrogant arguments of the manager Rodrigo Brauer He mentioned that the work is handmade and that it tends to change 20% compared to the original design. Changes that we were not notified either and consequently an endless number of errors arose.
And to that is added the unprofessional way of doing things since we left the installation in the hands of this company and arriving a day before the event it was just taking the material to produce it, at 11.00 am the expo started yet they finished it. And the vinyls of the graphics were lifted due to the fact that the paint was still fresh.
We are disappointed and that the value of our investment in the booth was lost.
If the case were shared so as not to recommend Master Display, it seems to us that they would save other companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio de instalación: impuntuales y mal hechos. Los contratamos para la expo Intralogistics LATAM 2018 y nuestro stand se ve muy mal, como si lo hubieran hecho personas sin experiencia, precio alto y muy baja calidad.
