Me atendieron dos tipos arrogantes canosos, que en la vida vuelvo a entrar a esa sucursal si están adentro. Argumentan saber mucho y sobajan al cliente con el trato, son muy arrogantes, déspotas. Tratan como si no nos alcanzara para comprar el producto por el que se pregunta. "Tenemos este pero no trae nada, solo el cable, decodificador y control, están los demás de mejor calidad, tiene cables rca y coaxial". Cuando le pregunté el nombre de un cable que me dijo que traen, el tipo al enseñarme fue y jaló de mala gana un bafle y jaloneó el cable y dijo "este es el cable, así va". Tan simple y sencillo era decir "viene integrado, no usa eliminador", al momento de pagar el otro tipo le pedí que me enseñara el decodificador y me dijo "ahí está en su caja, viene todo cerrado no se lo puedo enseñar, pero le puedo vender lo que guste, para lo que le alcance eh, yo no tengo problema", "aquí hay uno que devolvieron hace rato ni se porqué, no me acuerdo" al momento que aventó la caja y cables al mostrador. Al momento de pagar con mi tarjeta me la devuelve y dice "aquí está su tarjeta, no presentó problemas" de modo burlón y arrogante.
¿Qué imagen están dando con ese tipo de personal?
Me van a disculpar, pero los comercios y tiendas se deben al cliente, por el cliente y sus necesidades tienen un sueldo y trabajo, por mucho o poco que compremos, se deben a nosotros; también soy comerciante locatario de una cafetería y no trato así a la gente.
Corregidora es una zona muy conflictiva, hay que cuidarse de los demás porque si hacen eso se pueden desquitarse con los artículos, sucursal o una buena friega al personal.
