He ido a otros gimnasios donde los instructores pecan de abusivos, abusan de la confianza que uno deposita en ellos, en mi caso soy maestra de pilates y hago carrera, al apuntar esto los instructores"se manchan" (a ver si muy muy no?), y me ha pasado que la carga del ejercicio es excesiva, al grado de no poderme levantar. En máster gym el acondicionamiento es perfecto, sin lastimar, cuidando tú cuerpo. El espacio es amplio, limpio, nunca está repleto, la ubicación en la residencial Bosques del lago, genera un público local, reducido y distribuido a lo largo del día. Actualmente el gimnasio se desempeña exclusivamente para levantar pesas, con un área de aeróbico donde uno puede montarse en la bicicleta, más tiene otras áreas donde se prestaban otras actividades, por lo mismo que el público es poco, en ciertas épocas ha sacado su máximo potencial, impartiendo yoga, pilates, frontón, spinning. Si la demanda se eleva podríamos disfrutar de más actividades. Invito a los residentes de Bosques del lago a inscribirse y reinscribirse ya que lleva funcionando muchos años y es bien conocido, esperando así que más público abra la posibilidad de un mayor número de actividades. M	Moisés Vértiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestamente es un lugar excelente, lo único que faltan son escaladoras o caminadoras, pero los coaches son lo mejor, gente súper amable, calida y respetuosa, que te escucha y te arma un plan perfecto para ti y están para ayudarte en todo momento, considero que no hay un mejor opción por la zona, además al estar dentro de la zona residencial Bosques del Lago, es un lugar muy seguro al que puedes llegar caminando si vives aquí, limpio y los usuarios son gente muy decente, siempre hay disponibilidad de máquinas y nunca encuentras el gimnasio lleno, además tienen cancha de Squash a un excelente precio, regaderas aunque no estoy seguro que haya agua caliente y baños bien aseados, nunca falta jabón o papel, hay las máquinas necesarias y lo mejor repito es el asesoramiento que recibes.
