★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una experiencia terrible aquí, mi perrita estaba embarazada y le dieron un medicamento contraindicado para hembras gestantes, me dijeron que era algo de la pancita, se negaron a hacerle ultrasonido aun cuando estaba dispuesta a pagarlo. Les envié muchos mensajes, les llamaba, agarraban la llamada y me ignoraban, así muchas veces hasta que a la fuerza respondieron.
Al final tuve que llevar a mi perrita con otro veterinario y la operaron, retirandole su matriz porque estaba muy comprometida, y me comentaron ahi que fue en mucha parte culpa de estos veterinarios que le dieron una PÉSIMA atención a mi perrita.
I had a terrible experience here, my dog was pregnant and they gave her a contraindicated medicine for pregnant females, they told me it was something from the tummy, they refused to do an ultrasound even when I was willing to pay for it. I sent them many messages, I called them, they took the call and ignored me, like that many times until they answered by force.
In the end I had to take my dog to another veterinarian and they operated on her, removing her womb because she was very compromised, and they told me there that it was largely the fault of these veterinarians who gave my dog a terrible attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tarda días en contestar mensajes, nunca me entrego los ultrasonidos por los que pague y me dijo múltiples veces que me iba a mandar. Cuando esterilizó a mi gata, no me dio las indicaciones correctas para cuidarla después de la operación y le salió una hernia. No dudo que sean buenos doctores pero su atención, al menos en mi experiencia, es muy mala .
It takes days to answer messages, he never gave me the ultrasounds that I paid for and he told me multiple times that he was going to send me. When he sterilized my cat, he did not give me the correct instructions to care for her after the operation and she developed a hernia. I do not doubt that they are good doctors but their care, at least in my experience, is very bad.
