Very assorted in things for the home

Poor attention, bad attitude on the part of the cashier and female staff. I would overlook it all if I had assorted floors and tiles but there is none, only the very basic and to dress the kitchens HAVE ALMOST NOTHING. I feel that being in the east of the city they have abandoned it, our money is worth the same in the north or in the south.

We have bought more than 4 times here because it is one of the few places that closes until 7pm and their employees are all very helpful

You wait 15 days for the product to arrive, they notify you, you go 5 days later, surprise it is defective and they did not check it, making you wait another 15 days. Shame on them, they wash their hands

I don't doubt that MCP has good prices (but nothing spectacular either, perhaps in the warehouse they have in Poniente) but the truth is, and you'll excuse me, the service at the 60 Norte branch is poor. I don't know if it is due to the type of people who live in the area and buy by proximity, maybe it was the time (12:30 pm) but out of three shop assistants chattering, only one moved and it was because we asked them to support us; the "brave" guy was attentive but without wanting to encourage the purchase (I can't guarantee that they are given the correct training, perhaps they don't want to bother the customer and it's tiring to be with him so that he doesn't buy later) but I'm sure that in the Bodega del Poniente there is better attention. If you're not from around there, that is, you don't live in the North and you're just passing through, I suggest you visit another branch in a less "exclusive" area and it really stays where you live or closer to where you move (Polígono, Poniente , Centro) or go to your usual store-brand (in my case, Materama Oriente).
