★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando quieres cancelar alguna compra en el momento preciso de la compra te dicen que no te pueden devolver tu dinero, la señorita que atendía me dijo que no podía justificar ese faltante de dinero, me imagino que llevan un inventario si llevan su registro mediante un sistema de cobro, y lo entiendo, pero podía justificar su faltante de dinero con un sobrante en piezas en su inventario, que me podía cambiar el artículo por otros pero que no me iba a devolver el dinero. Le pedí que me devolviera mi dinero porque ni en tiendas grandes hacían eso y con esa justificación, y me dijo que ese era un negocio! Entonces los demás tiendas que son? Al final le exigí que me devolviera mi dinero, me devolvió. No entiendo su sistema de compra, en los pymes hay más flexibilidad, no se porque salen con que no hay devoluciones.
