Le pregunté cual era la manera más efectiva de comunicarme para solicitar la cotización, me ofreció la posibilidad de comunicarme por WhatsApp y así lo hice. Sin embargo, tardó un día completo en responder y mandarme la cotización, tuve que insistir mucho.
Finalmente preferí volver a llamar y fue la única manera en que se agilizó, acordamos la entrega en una fecha y después Juana me dijo que no podían y me entregarían hasta la siguiente semana y a la hora que ellos pudieran.
Sus respuestas siempre fueron cortantes y poco amables.
No recomiendo esta tienda, la atención al cliente via electrónica es pésima y poco capacitada.
