★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He venido tres veces a este negocio. Las personas detrás del mostrador ni levantan la vista. Un “buenas tardes” o alguna señal de que les preocupe que entro un cliente, nada. Esta última vez que estuve ahí, una persona que llego después de mi, se desesperó y se fue. Les pregunté que qué pasaba y decían que tenían problemas para imprimir tickets a lo que les dije que un aviso o algo para saber qué hay algo por lo cual no nos ponen atención sería una cortesía. A lo cual bajaron las cabezas las tres y siguieron ignorando a todos.
Los materiales son los mismos en cualquier distribuidor de materiales. Y los precios también. Si quieres que te atiendan bien, ve a otro lugar.
I've been to this business three times. The people behind the counter don't even look up. A "good afternoon" or some sign that they are concerned that a customer came in, nothing. This last time I was there, a person who came after me got desperate and left. I asked them what was wrong and they said they had problems printing tickets to which I told them that a notice or something to know that there is something for which they do not pay attention to us would be a courtesy. To which all three lowered their heads and continued to ignore everyone.
The materials are the same at any materials dealer. And the prices too. If you want to be well cared for, go somewhere else.
