A las 8:30 avisaron que estaban perdidos
A las 9 llame y una tipa muy indiferente me comentó que seguían perdidos y que no se podía comunicar con ellos por qué no les permiten traer celular , pero que estaban en camino
A las 10 seguía esperando y ya nunca me contestaron a ninguno de los teléfonos que me dieron .
Es una falta de respeto que se comprometan y no den la cara ni siquiera para cancelar el servicio , dejé de hacer cosas por esperarlos desde 7:30 am

At 9 I called and a very indifferent guy told me that they were still lost and that they could not communicate with them because they were not allowed to bring cell phones, but that they were on their way
At 10 I kept waiting and they never answered any of the phones they gave me.
It is a lack of respect that they commit and do not show their face even to cancel the service, I stopped doing things to wait for them from 7:30 am

A las 8:30 me avisaron que las personas encargadas estaban perdidas
A las 9 llame y una tipa muy grosera me comentó que seguían perdidas ya que no dolían salir lejos , (cuando la distancia no era más de 2 km de distancia de su local)
Pero que ya estaban por llegar .
A las 10 volví a llamar ya que no llegaban y mis llamadas fueron ignoradas
No es posible que no tengan la seriedad de por lo menos cancelar el servicio ?
Y se inventen estupideces
Pésimo servicio
I hired the debris removal service and they were to arrive at 8 AM
At 8:30 I was notified that the people in charge were lost
At 9 o'clock I called and a very rude woman told me that they were still lost since it did not hurt to go far, (when the distance was not more than 2 km away from their premises)
But they were already to come.
At 10 I called again as they did not arrive and my calls were ignored
It is not possible that they are not serious about at least canceling the service ?
And stupid things are invented
