1.- I requested my invoice from yesterday for $ 2,640 mxn and they told me that today they sent it after 3 calls, it never arrived. 2.- I had bought 6 mts2 of mesh for emptying and they charged me $ 840, they only sent me about 2 mts2, I had to go buy the extra mesh with themselves for + $ 399 mxn because I already had the worker doing the work. 3.- Due to the urgency, I needed 6 sacks of mixed that were missing to complete the work and when talking on the phone Mr. Jorge Gutiérrez told me that they were worth $ 40 each, when the collection lady arrived she sold it to me for $ 50 each sack . 4.- At that same moment, the collection lady was asked about the invoices and she commented that she spoke by phone to the numbers, because they were many and as soon as she reported it to the phone, additionally she commented that if she occupied an invoice they needed pay VAT (eye SAT), it is assumed that the prices they give are with VAT or that it was useful to tell them before the purchase that they would need an invoice. Additionally, I have dialed the number they gave me to ask a Mrs. named Lupita to process my invoices (I already have 3 purchase notes) and no one answers. If you are going to need an invoice and need your purchase to be complete, I suggest you go with MECASA even though it takes a long time to attend to them.
