Llamamos a las 3:30 y todavía no tenían planes de entregarlo, por lo que les solicitamos que fuera a primera hora en la mañana. Me dijeron que entre 8 y 9 de la mañana, el material sería entregado. A las 10:00, todavía no llegaba nada.
Llamo para quejarme y sus pretextos son que tienen que subir mucha carga y que les toma mucho tiempo. Que si fueran medicinas, sería muy fácil, pero es material de construcción. Me imagino que si se dedican a vender material de construcción, conocen el tiempo que les lleva cargar los camiones y, cuando te dan un horario de entrega, ya tienen contemplado esto.
Por lo tanto, recomiendo que si planean comprar en este lugar, que contemplen el tiempo de carga y entrega, más demoras.
We went to the store early in the morning to buy material and were told that it would be delivered at three in the afternoon. We called at 3:30 and they still had no plans to deliver it, so we asked them to go first thing in the morning. I was told that between 8 and 9 in the morning, the material would be delivered. At 10:00, nothing came yet.
I call to complain and their pretenses are that they have to carry a lot of load and that it takes them a lot of time. If they were medicines, it would be very easy, but it is construction material. I imagine that if they are dedicated to selling construction material, they know the time it takes to load the trucks and, when they give you a delivery schedule, they already have this in mind.
Therefore, I recommend that if you plan to buy in this place, that contemplate the time of loading and delivery, more delays.
