PESIMOOOOO SERVICE ONE SPEAKS ON THE PHONE AND THE MRS THAT ANSWERS IN A VERY RUDE AND PREPOTENT WAY ANSWERS YOU AND TELLS YOU THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE SERVICE TO SEND YOU THE MATERIAL AND HANG UP THE LINE.
