★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los dueños son de lo más amables, atienden y asesoran personalmente dando mucha información adicional a la que se requería, sin embargo las instalaciones no son las mejores, pues aunque son una empresa fuerte, sus áreas de atención al cliente son similares a las ferreterías de hace 30 años. Se tienen que modernizar. Otro aspecto son sus choferes de carros de volteo, manejan muy mal, son agresivos y ya he reportado dos casos vía telefónica. Respecto a los precios que ofrecen son difíciles de mejorar, manejan marcas de prestigio y tienen tiempos de entrega muy competitivos. Mejoren el servicio por favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención y llega el material pronto según la hora que llames, como sugerencia agreguen otro número para pedidos porque aquí solo veo uno y me ha pasado en varias ocasiones que está ocupado y hay que estar intenté e intente.

Por ello tuve a mis trabajadores parados casi mas de medio por falta de material

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subieron los precios bastante, antes era de las que sino es que la que tenia mejor precio pero ahora ya esta dentro de los que venden mas elevado, las señoritas que atienden por teléfono de lo más groseras solo saben decir ajá ajá aunque hagas una pregunta en especifico siguen diciendo ajá y pésimo su servicio de telefonía deberían verificarlo, se corta la llamada a cada rato y hay que volver y volver a marcar hasta poder a completar un pedido o una pregunta solo dura escasos 10 segundos la llamada sino es q menos y se vuelve a cortar. Es una lata su telefonía y encima sus recepcionistas pues fatal
