Solicite arena alas 9:00a.m.del dia18 de enero de 2020 alas señoritas que se encuentran tras mostrador independiente de mostrás una actitud pesima y de dar un mal servicio nunca me enviaron el material cuando las confronte me dijeron que ya la enviaban en una Nissan y después de esperar una hora no llego siendo las 5:00p.m. tuve que alquilar unas carretillas y personal que acarreará la arena desde sus instalaciones de materiales toral hasta mi obra que se encuentra a unos 100 metros lo cual me generó más dinero e indignación, por lo ocurrido al dueño de esta empresa le solicito más atención para sus clientes como yo ya que si usted ofrece un servicio debe cumplir con este y poner personal que sea eficiente.
