Compré in articulo y regresé no menos de 5 minutos y ellos podrían verificar que era el mismo y en perfecta ipetación y simplemente ... perdieron un cliente que por años les compró.
The no return policy compared to many other similar businesses leaves a lot to be desired. I bought an item and came back no less than 5 minutes and they could verify that it was the same and in perfect imitation and simply... they lost a customer who bought from them for years.
