Además la "señorita" que me atendió por teléfono sumamente grosera, me dijo que mi pedido estaba tardando por que es POQUITO pero por eso yo pregunté si hacían el envio y pagué el flete. Y después me colgó el teléfono sin más y me dejó con la palabra en la boca.
Deja mucho que desear su personal de servicio.
No vuelvo a comprar ahí.
Horrible attention, they do not respect the hours, they were left to deliver me material that was urging me from early and it is the hour that does not arrive. In addition, the "young lady" who answered me by phone very rude, told me that my order was taking time because it is LITTLE but that is why I asked if they made the shipment and paid the freight. And then he hung up the phone and left me with the word in his mouth.
Leave much to be desired by your service staff.
