Regularmente mi familia es quien surte las materias primas pero debido a una urgencia tuve que ir con mi niño. NUNCA me habían tratado tan mal en ningún negocio, en cuanto se fue el encargado empezó el calvario, al preguntarle por un producto la señorita me contesto de mala manera, enseguida me abordo diciéndome que no estaba permitida la entrada a niños, que yo llevaba mucho tiempo en la tienda, que clientes se habían ido y yo seguía ahí, le expliqué que yo tenia mucho de no ir y algunas cosas ya no estaban donde las recordaba y al verles ocupadas decidí buscar yo y pues como había mas personas trate de guardar distancia y por eso me tarde a lo que me siguió hablando muy mal y decidí irme; me fui a pagar, al pagar me di cuenta que no daban bolsa, y a manera de expresión dije y ahora en que me lo llevare y la señora me dijo de mala forma nuevamente que en las manos, aclaro que eran como 8 artículos y andaba a pie ya que vivo cerca. La jovencita que estaba ahí fue todo lo contrario y me ofreció una bolsa que tenia ahí y honestamente le agradecí su buen trato ya que los últimos minutos habían sido muy amargos con el trato de su compañera. Quiero aclarar que tanto mi niño y yo traíamos nuestros cubrebocas correctamente, mi niño traía lentes y yo careta, en ningún momento mi niño me soltó de la mano y no toco absolutamente nada y siempre buscamos guardar distancia de todas las personas. De antemano me disculpo por no saber o no haber leído que no aceptaban niños (ellos vieron cuando entre y no me dijeron nada). También me disculpo por no haber llevado bolsa, pero la verdad es que no sabia. Se que quizás rompí algunas reglas que tienen pero créanme que las hubiera seguido sin problema. Lamento haber ido y toparme con esa mujer que lejos de mejorar un negocio lo arruina y por lo que veo no soy la única inconforme, que lamentable tan buena atención que tenían. Mi esposa acaba de acudir y la mujer se la pasó regañandola y haciendola sentir mal. Le dieron acceso a la tienda con mi hijo y ya estando dentro de una manera muy grosera se le acercó para pedirle que no volviera a ir con niños pues no los estan permitiendo... la verdad es una tonteria. Para que le dieron el acceso a la tienda si ven que la acompaña un niño para despues hacerle la estancia en la tienda miserable... Que horror de gente, si no quieren trabajar mejor quedense en casa, vivan tranquilos y permitan al resto de la gente vivir tranquilamente. La chica que estaba cobrando, se comportó mucho mejor pero sinceramente ni ganas de volver a ir a ese lugar, prefiero ir a otros lugares mas retirados (este me queda super cerca de casa) que estar aguantando señoras nefastas y groseras. Quiero agregar que incluso les mencione la situación a la tienda directamente en su paguina de facebok y borraron mi comentario 3 VECES, en la segunda ocasión solo mencionaron que tomarian en cuenta mis comentarios y despues de unos minutos lo borraron.
