Terrible service in the Aqueduct branch, they close 10 minutes before the established time and the person who attends cynically only says "put the complaint"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en la sucursal Acueducto, te atienden de mala gana , cierran antas del horario establecido y aún que están ahí no te atienden, no regreso jamás. Ojalá los dueños pongan más atención, verifiquen el trato de sus empleados y se aseguren que cumplan con los horarios establecidos.
Terrible service, at the Aqueduct branch, they take care of you reluctantly, they close hours of the established schedule and even though they are there they do not take care of you, I never return. Hopefully the owners pay more attention, verify the treatment of their employees and make sure they comply with the established schedules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por primera vez a comprar material que necesitaba y los empleados se enojan si les pides ayuda, la chica de la caja es muy mala onda y atiene de mala manera, la verdad es que con ese trato yo no vuelvo!
I went for the first time to buy material that I needed and the employees get angry if you ask them for help, the girl at the cash desk is very bad vibes and attends in a bad way, the truth is that with that treatment I will not return!

Compré unos moldes y pedí asesoría justo porque desconocía el tamaño de las tapas.
El joven encargado el día sábado 31 de octubre de 2020, me recomendó el tamaño para el tipo de moldes que compré.
Al querer tapar los moldes no quedaron por lo que no los uliticé; el domingo 1 de noviembre del 2020 cerrado.
El día lunes 2 de noviembre del 2020, fui a querer cambiar las tapas con mi respectivo ticket de compra, al llegar a la sucursal comenté lo sucedido, con la intención de que me cambiaran de tamaño las tapas o el cambio del producto por otro.
El joven encargado se negó y por consiguiente mi molestia fue porque no dió solución alguna solo dijo que no podía hacer el cambio que porque ya habían hecho corte.
Lástima del mal servicio al cliente, porque la verdad era muy anhelada su llegada a Zapopan.

I bought some molds and asked for advice just because I did not know the size of the lids.
The young manager on Saturday, October 31, 2020, recommended the size for the type of molds that I bought.
When I wanted to cover the molds, they did not remain so I did not use them; Sunday November 1, 2020 closed.
On Monday, November 2, 2020, I wanted to change the caps with my respective purchase receipt, when I arrived at the branch I commented on what happened, with the intention that the caps would be changed in size or change the product for another.
The young manager refused and therefore my annoyance was because he did not give any solution, he only said that he could not make the change because they had already made a cut.
Too bad about the bad customer service, because the truth was that his arrival in Zapopan was highly desired.
