★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo cierto es que no esperaba tanto de este establecimiento, pero me sorprendió bastante. Para bien, claro.
Tienen una enorme variedad de materias primas, desde los básicos tipos de chocolate hasta la alta especialidad (Turin Grandeur y sin azúcar) en chocolatería, así como otros ingredientes de mayor alcurnia (por ejemplo, fructosa, glucosa, glicerina, colorantes en gel, grenetina, pectina, azúcar glass, azúcar mascabado y hasta isomalt). Por supuesto, también encuentras frutos secos como nueces (en diferentes presentaciones), almendras e incluisve avellanas, así como distintos tipos de harinas, cremas para batir, cremas vegetales, edulcolorantes y demás menjunjes de la repostería.
También puedes encontrar gran variedad de utensilios para repostería (moldes de todas formas y tamaños, los utensilios básicos, papel para hornear, etc., etc.).
Como es de esperar, algunos productos tienen excelente precio y excelente calidad, mientras que otros es mejor comprarlos en otro lugar. Y la atención es muy buena. A quienes tenemos muchas preguntas con respecto de los productos, nos tienen muchísima paciencia.
Lo recomiendo 100%.

As you might expect, some products are excellent in price and quality, while others are best purchased elsewhere. And attention is very good. To those of us who have many questions regarding the products, they have a lot of patience with us.
