We arrived to ask for reports, and in the reception area was a nurse in a black uniform, we went to him, asking for reports and he began to laugh in a very mocking way, he looked at us and refused to answer us, asking another nurse to he answered us, the nurse got up from her seat as if she were lazy and took care of us, while the nurse continued to look at us in a mocking, lousy way. How much I saw that discouraged me and I felt very upset, what a bad thing that they lack professionalism.

I had my prenatal care with them in the last month because I was going to have my baby there, the truth is all very well, the doctor is really excellent, there was no discrepancy between what my first doctor had told me. My delivery was spontaneous and they were attending my delivery in two hours (it was not urgent), the anesthesiologist was the most excellent, they in the operating room made me feel very calm and safe, I had no complications neither me nor my baby . I am a new mom and that experience left a good taste! I do not have a complaint about the staff either. And the food they gave me was delicious,

6 years ago I came to this clinic after moving to Cuernavaca with my son's father after living in Cancun where I had my prenatal checkup, at that time I was 8 months pregnant and was about to turn 20, we are new parents and we were without family or friends to guide us and we needed to have a safe place for the baby to be born. The personal attention at the clinic was good, so at the beginning it gave us confidence, they never behaved rude or anything like that ... the bad thing was told in the evaluation consultation the doctor (I don't remember the name) told me that my The baby already wanted to be born, but that he was sitting up, he did not have amniotic fluid and that the placenta was highly qualified and that he had fetal distress. He told me that I needed emergency surgery and that he would schedule me for the other day (06-18-14) at 11 am. Being new parents, we trusted and programmed, everything fine until ... I was very nervous in palmistry and the 2 doctors, plus 2 nurses and an anesthesiologist never bothered to calm me down (they did their thing). They opened me and when my baby was already with his head down ("let's remember that he told me that he was sitting up") the anesthesiologist used a technique called the Kristeller maneuver (at that time I did not know anything about this) which is very bad even in countries like Germany, England or France, this maneuver is prohibited because of how aggressive it is (you can find videos on YouTube) after they took my baby they NEVER placed him next to me or they took him on my chest right away (my baby's father only I followed him with the camera) they bathed him right away and dressed him. In the room I was trying to breastfeed my baby, the nurse came in, literally took him out of my arms and began to give him formula, and at that moment I didn't say anything because I was interested in my baby eating (but she never came near to give me some advice on how to do it so that my baby could latch on to the breast) In a few words ... I FEELED ABANDONED AND UNABLE TO DECIDE ABOUT MY SON Now a little more mature and with the information I have, I realize that my rights and those of my son were violated on several occasions. 1-When the doctor told me that I needed to, it would stop without giving me the alternative of indusin contractions 2- When they used Kristeller's aggressive technique to get my son out of me soon 3-When right after my son is born, they take him away without bringing him near me or introducing him to me 4- When the nurse gives you formula without first trying for a longer time to breastfeed or at least give me some advice
