★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un año tuve a mi bebé ahí, tuvimos una mala experiencia con las enfermeras, cuando me entregaron a mi bebé me dijeron que tenia que despertarla en 2 horas para darle de comer, en caso de no poder hablarle a la enfermera de cuneros, bueno pasaron 2,3 casi 4 horas sin poder despertar a la bebé y como mamá primeriza eso te aterra!, así que llamamos a la enfermera para que nos apoyara, ella también intentó y no pudo y se quiso llevar a mi bebé para despertarla pero no yo le dije que no.. que como le haría? así que le dijimos que no; en mi momento preocupante le dije que le hablaría a la pediatra para ver que podíamos hacer.. la enfermera estuvo de acuerdo y se salió de la habitación, cuando hablamos con la pediatra por teléfono solo nos dijo que nos apoyáramos con las enfermeras de cuneros y le dije lo que había pasado que ella tampoco pudo hacer nada para despertar a la bebe; tras varios intentos entre mi esposo y yo, mi bebé despertó y a la hora la enfermera regresó muy altanera, enojada y en tono de reclamó no dijo que la pediatra había hablado al hospital diciendo que nosotros habíamos dicho que ninguna enfermera nos estaba apoyando y que le llamaron la atención por nuestra culpa, de ahi fué un infierno porque al parecer se unió con todas las enfermeras porque no me fueron a cambiar las sabanas, tardaban en ir a revisarme la intravenosa, cambiarme los antibióticos, hasta creo que me pusieron un medicamento equivocado porque no supieron cual me dió alergia , en pocas palabras ninguna enfermera se acercó para apoyarnos, la verdad fue muy muy difícil yo ya no aguantaba estar ahí, es buen hospital pero su personal hace quedar mal al lugar, definitivamente no volvería a ir.
A year ago I had my baby there, we had a bad experience with the nurses, when they gave me my baby they told me that I had to wake her up in 2 hours to feed her, in case I couldn't talk to the nursery nurse, well 2.3 almost 4 hours went by without being able to wake up the baby and as a new mom that terrifies you! So we called the nurse to help us, she also tried and couldn't and wanted to take my baby to wake her up but she didn't. I told him no.. how would he do it? so we told him no; In my worrying moment, I told her that I would talk to the pediatrician to see what we could do. The nurse agreed and left the room. When we talked to the pediatrician on the phone, she only told us to support ourselves with the nursery nurses and I told her what had happened that she couldn't do anything to wake up the baby either; after several attempts between my husband and me, my baby woke up and at the hour the nurse came back very haughty, angry and in a complaining tone she did not say that the pediatrician had spoken to the hospital saying that we had said that no nurse was supporting us and that she they called attention because of us, from there it was hell because apparently he joined with all the nurses because they did not go to change my sheets, they took time to go check my intravenous, change my antibiotics, I even think they gave me the wrong medicine because they didn't know which one gave me an allergy, in a few words, no nurse came to support us, the truth was very, very difficult, I couldn't stand being there anymore, it's a good hospital but its staff makes the place look bad, I definitely wouldn't go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia 5 horas tenemos esperando habitación, cobran por adelantado su mal servicio. Mi paciente ya fue operado y sigue esperando sea atendida cómo se supone en un hospital de paga. Personal administrativo grosero y está peor que el seguro social. NO LO RECOMIENDO
Very bad experience 5 hours we have waiting for a room, they charge in advance for their bad service. My patient has already undergone surgery and is still waiting to be treated as he is supposed to be in a paid hospital. Rude administrative staff and worse than social security. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
