★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones están muy limpias y son cómodas, los espacios comunes son muy agradables para comer o tomar una copa de vino, la alberca limpia y a perfecta temperatura. La atención por parte de todos es excelente y las recomendaciones de Rafael hicieron de nuestra visita a los viñedos una mejor experiencia. No les doy 5 estrellas porque me parece que hay detalles que se deben manejar de mejor manera, cuando ves la oferta de habitaciones en su página te dicen que tienen amenities de agave spa, pantuflas y cafetera, sin embargo todo eso solo está disponible si lo pides. Pedí loción corporal y me dieron un frasco muy pequeño para 2 personas y 3 días de estancia, no me pusieron agua en la habitación y la que pedí me la cobraron. Son detalles que podrían parecer pequeños pero me parecen importantes considerando el precio y lo que ellos mismos ofrecen en la descripción de las habitaciones.
 The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the common spaces are very pleasant to eat or have a glass of wine, the pool is clean and at a perfect temperature. The attention from everyone is excellent and Rafael's recommendations made our visit to the vineyards a better experience. I do not give them 5 stars because it seems to me that there are details that should be handled in a better way, when you see the offer of rooms on their page they tell you that they have agave spa amenities, slippers and a coffee maker, however all that is only available if you you ask I asked for body lotion and they gave me a very small bottle for 2 people and 3 days of stay, they did not put water in the room and the one I asked for was charged. These are details that may seem small but seem important to me considering the price and what they offer in the description of the rooms.

Está atento en todo momento a lo que necesites y aún más allá, excede todas tus expectativas. Sin duda regresaré pronto, vale cada peso que pagas por estar ahí.
Excellent place! Very nice and comfortable. Rafael's attention is incredible, he is one of the people that makes you want to return to a place. He is attentive at all times to what you need and even beyond that, he exceeds all your expectations. I will definitely be back soon, it is worth every peso you pay to be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matian is a beautiful little hotel. I was in Tequisquiapan for work and not only was the Matian well situated near, but not on top of, the center of town. The pool is warm and well maintained and the tables scattered around the area provide a comfortable spot for breakfast or hanging out. There’s a lovely gate at the entrence which provides safety without compromising aesthetics. It’s locked at night and dutifully opened for any late night entry. We never had to wait any extended period to be allowed in. Which brings me to the best part about the Matian: the service. The small team that works there are so attentive and will remember your preferences and offer them right away the next time. If you’re interested in a bit of sightseeing, they’ll set you up with a plan. Hungry for something specific, they’ll do their best to make it happen - and again the food is some of the best in the town. This is 5-star service in a personal, friendly atmosphere. Can’t recommend enough. This place was a happy oasis on our work trip and I truly hope that I’ll have the opportunity to come back to the Matian.
