Muy amable los encargados, además de rápido el servicio. Sin embargo la pizza esta bien, nada fuera de este mundo. Los ingredientes son comunes nada especializados, como la salchicha es común no italiana. El precio es un poco alto para el tamaño y la calidad de ingredientes

Excelente pizza italiana y pasta también. Calzones de Nutella con aderezos estaba rico! Nos encantó! Es pet friendly!

Por ahora sólo he probado la pizza pero es exquisita, el lugar muy agradable, servicio ágil y cordial, precio igual de amable. Muy recomendable, la próxima vez espero ir con hambre para probar las pastas que se ven también muy ricas

Good service, but the pizza is not really taste as expected in a place like that. It is supposed to be better than mass-production pizza places.

Boutique gourmet pizza, warm and inviting atmosphere. Family owned, lovely people...the pizza is to die for. Good beer and wine selection too.

We just had lunch at matilda. Service was nice and kind and surprisingly they had a selection of italian beers (+1 stight away). The ambience is simple, not much effort put in the decor, like many restaurants in italy. What called us inside is the clay built oven, something hard to find! We had caprese salad and the mozzarella of it was top top, dressing was tasty, tomatoes could be selected better (tastier ones) and we missed some more leaves of basil. But it was a good good caprese (better than in most italian places in queretaro). And we had a prosciutto, rucula & parmigiano pizza. We loved it! The amount of ingredients was generous and of top quality (super fresh rucula!) and the dough of the pizza was excellent, proper italian dought, not crunchy, except in the borders, soft and tasty! Maybe only thing we would have changes is for some more spins to make the base even thiner (its pretty damn thin already thou), call us perfectionists! We had a talk after lunch with the owner and cook and it was extremely enriching. He showed us the ingredients they use and most are italian products (flour, salame, prosciutto, parmigiano...). He explained to us as well that he learnt to do pizza from an italian cheff and that they do the fresh pasta themselves! Gotta go back n try it all! Overall a great experience in a simple but very good quality restaurant! Highly recommended!
