★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Did it for a free ride. Took 1.5 hours to go to other hotels to pick up other people. Then went to the jewelry store. To over priced. Waited over 1.5 hours for them to come back to take us to playa del Carmen. Not worth my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately this place is a complete scam. They changed their name last year. I was told it was due to Covid but based on their reviews under the other name Matis, it may be from that. I bought several pieces. One ring lost stones within hours. Had a big ordeal to get it fixed. Day 2 the ring lost stones again. This time they happily traded rings. Service seemed good, show room was nice, salesman was also nice so I did not suspect it was a scam. After coming back to the US I found the previous name 'Matis' and reviews. So I took the jewelry to my jeweler. It's all fake, treated glass. They tell you a story about the color changing stone being from there (the real color changing gem is Zultanite/csarite and mined in Turkey). Not only do they out right lie about it being a stone mined in Mexico. It's fake treated glass and not even the Turkish stone. I let the travel company at the resort know. They need to stop sending people here to get fed to the wolves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life. My wife and I sat through a presentation for a "Trip" to the town of Tulum and to the Tulum ruins. The day of the trip we were told that there was a one hour stop at a jewelry store and tequila shop where we could shop. We were told that making a purchase wasn't necessary. When we arrived, our driver dropped us off outside the jewelry store. No one told us what to do or where to go. Another couple said they didn't want to jewelry shop, and walked over to the tequila store next door. My wife was taken aback by the strong smell of cleaning fluids and plastic odor as we approached the door to the jewelry store, and told me she didn't want to go in there. We made our way to the tequila store to shop for gifts, when the "manager", Dante showed up, and told us that we were being sent back to our hotel.
We argued with him, pointed out that this wasn't fair, no one had told us we had to go into his store. He called the hotel, and they said that because he was paying for it, it was his choice (we heard them talking), and he chose to kick us, and the other couple off of the tour. He said we had insulted him by not going into his jewelry shop.
My wife told him it wasn't an insult, she just hated the chemical smells. The other couple said they just weren't there to buy jewelry. Our trip was cancelled anyway and we were sent back.
Later we found out that the town of Tulum as closed because of Covid, so our "tour" that Dante was providing wasn't even to a place that was open.
Never shop with this company. They are a shady, disreputable house of liars. There are better jewelry stores, better tequila stores, and you can rent a car to take you to Tulum and not dump you for an hour at a tourist trap run by uncultured swine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for sterling silver jewelry but NEGOTIATE On pricing. They are pretty pushy but if you really want a second piece, hold out until checking out and price will be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up for a free shuttle from our resort to Playa del Carmen. They drive you to the middle of nowhere to shop in their stores for 1 hour and 15 minutes not including time from your hotel. Everything is overpriced. Tourist trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this place from our hotel. It was a free ride to Playa De Carmen, but you stop here at the jewelry store and tequila store. They get you to spend money. I get it it’s their job to sell items to make money but it’s a rip off. The staff was very nice and professional but they are pushy with sells. I purchased a ring here and less than 24 hours the stone fell out. Real or not make the jewelry to last! I would NOT purchase from here. Listen to the spiel for the free ride to the city because taxi’s are expensive, but don’t buy any jewelry. It’s seems like a get quick money from tourist scheme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service and very good prices. Was very pleased with their level of service and care. They created a custom ring within 30 mins for me. The best souvenir you could ask for!
Everything was packaged nicely and they even served 24k gold tequila when my jewelry shopping crossed over intothe time allotted for the tequila tasting.
From what I gather they sponsor these trips daily from the resorts and bring guests to shop here and other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great stop to get jewelry and tequila. We found a lot of great items and price for both. Armando helped us out in the jewelry store. Francis and Jesus helped us out in the tequila shop. Highly recommend this stop.
