It took them 2 and a half hours to place a take out order. Bad service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es buena, pero le doy 3 estrellas por la "sugerencia" de la propina, ¿la razón? El servicio no es muy bueno, si bien no es malo, le hace falta algo mas. Solo te dan un menu (que en realidad son dos cartas) así que debes esperar a que las demás personas terminen de ver una para poder tomarla, lo que hace más tardado el elegir, y en lo personal los meseros no están muy al pendiente de si algo se ofrece solo te preguntan si pueden recoger los platos sucios. Como lo dije antes, la comida es buena. Pero en lo personal la propina se gana, y en base al trato del mesero será la cantidad a dar, y no se "sugiere" solo por que te atendieron.
The food is good, but I am giving it 3 stars for the "suggestion" of the tip, the reason? The service is not very good, although it is not bad, it needs something more. They only give you a menu (which is actually two cards) so you have to wait for the other people to finish looking at one to be able to take it, which makes it take longer to choose, and personally the waiters are not very aware of if something is offered they just ask if they can pick up the dirty dishes. As I said before, the food is good. But personally, the tip is earned, and based on the waiter's treatment it will be the amount to give, and it is not "suggested" just because they served you.
