★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this company to anyone who is trying to have them set up your wedding. Response time from them to contact guests as well as to respond to us was extremely slow. We also tried to negotiate possibly getting a refund for our deposit or credit due to COVID but they said the resort was not willing to do refunds even though we made the deposit to Mavellee Weddings. They gave us the run around towards the last days leading up the the cut-off date and then all of a sudden the lady who was helping us moved positions, handed us over to someone else and simply stopped contacting us. Save yourself the time and a few thousand dollars and look somewhere else.
