Super easy and the staff all speak English. They are parked just across from the ferry dock. There is a professional nurse that performs the test. When you get to the testing site, you fill out 14 questions on your phone after scanning a QR code. They're simple questions so they can email your results. You must bring an ID, US driver's license or Passport are okay. We got the Antigen test and paid $600MX ($30USD) or you can pay $35USD. You can also use a credit card. We had results in a little over 5 minutes and an emailed copy in about 20 minutes.
