★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente es muy decadente, no atienden la llamada no dan seguimiento al cliente, hace seis días fui notificado por parte de un proveedor de un artículo que adquirí en una tienda de muebles america que se realizaría una devolución física ya que resultó con un defecto de fábrica dicho artículo el cual mandé a garantía comentando el proveedor que se aria una reposicion física y es fecha que no atienden el llamado para saber de mí artículo que por desgracia sigo pagando sin tenerlo.
Customer service is very decadent, they do not answer the call, they do not follow up on the customer, six days ago I was notified by a supplier of an item that I bought in an American furniture store that a physical return would be made as it resulted in a Factory defect said article which I sent to guarantee commenting the supplier that a physical replacement would be made and it is a date that they do not answer the call to know about my article that unfortunately I continue to pay without having it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Compre una lavadora por mercado libre, llevo más de 15 días esperando mi producto; cuando el vendedor me dijo que se entregaba entre 4 y 10 días. Desde hace 8 días nadie me a contestado a mis reclamos y en las lineas telefónicas no contesta nadie! PÉSIMO!!! Eviten comprar con esta gente y evítense frustraciones
Terrible service! I bought a washing machine by free market, I have been waiting for my product for more than 15 days; when the seller told me that it was delivered between 4 and 10 days. For 8 days no one has answered me to my complaints and in the telephone lines nobody answers! APPALLING!!! Avoid shopping with these people and avoid frustrations
