Se tardan mucho más de lo que dicen en entregar los pedidos, tienes que estar llamando a cada rato para preguntar el estado de tu pedido porque a pesar de que dicen que ellos te llaman para pasarte números de guía y otras cosas, nuncio lo hacen. Los tienes que estar persiguiendo y encima de eso, se tardan mucho en contestar las llamadas. Sí intentas seleccionar la opción en el menú telefónico de seguimiento de pedidos, nadie contesta nunca. Me las tuve que ingeniar para que en compras alguien me diera información. De verdad, CERO recomendable. Terrible service.
