Very bad service really do not take your clothes, they spoil them they put chlorine on colored clothes apart from everything they do not want to be responsible

Take a coat to wash, it doesn't smell clean, I don't think they even washed it, and that angry lady who receives the clothes, look for a boyfriend for her...she's despotic and rude, she still didn't charge me and I already urged her to leave, she's a badass, they should put in reception staff who wants to work and not who gets angry about going to work I will not go to take my clothes is never more willing the lady who irons

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en mis prendas fue bueno y rápido, pero el personal no es "un amor" pero si es lo suficientemente capacitado para atender a un cliente. Lo malo son los precios tan elevados, no entiendo cómo puede costar lo mismo llevar a lavar y planchar un saco que una camisa.. $130.00 por 2 prendas se me hace excesivo.
Creo que deberían de revalorar los costos o en su defecto manejar un Programa de recompensas.
The service in my garments was good and fast, but the staff is not "love" but is trained enough to serve a customer. The downside is the high prices, I don't understand how it can cost the same to wash and iron a jacket as a shirt. $130.00 for 2 garments seems excessive to me.
I think they should reassess the costs or, failing that, run a rewards program.
