El pasado febrero mandé a lavar dos cobertores de la marca Evelyne Prelonge (franceses) , que se compraron en Casa Palacio Antara, se mandaron a este local , por su slogan "las cuidamos como si fuera tu casa" y las echaron a perder. Entregaron los cobertores sin bolsas ni protección, estando en épocas de COVID . Los cobertores perdieron la tersura y suavidad que los caracteriza y quedaron como "peluche de feria". Se le pidió colaboración a las Sra Maria Teodora , gerente de la tienda, pidiendo lo recuperaran y me daban excusas que las iban a mandar a corporativo, pero para que no les llamaran la atención , le volvieron a tratar dos veces más. Tardaron en dar resolución y mandarlo a corporativo 3 semanas mas , al final, a su pesar, lo llevaron y lo meten al Instituto Mexicano de Tintorerías y Lavanderias , dando resultado el Ing. Ignacio Romero que las "prendas fueron lavadas correctamente y no se determina deterioro total o pérdida de la prendas" y considerandolas como " dos frazadas de peluche". Es una pena que desde el Corporativo Con la Sra Cristina Esteves, no puedan dar una buena resolución favorable a algo que ellos mismos saben que deterioraron, pero se lavaron las manos, por tanto , yo recomiendo EVITAR LLEVAR PRENDAS O COBERTORES QUE SI SE LOS DAÑAN, NO SE VAN A RESPONSABILIZAR . Esta sucursal esta ubicada en POLANCO en CD MX. LAMENTABLE EL SERVICIO y el tratamiento que le dan a prendas que cuestan mas de 1000 USD cada una .
