Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy groseras y algo déspotas. A pesar de que compramos varias prendas.
Es una pena que ésto suceda pues la marca es muy buena como ya lo mencioné.
De esta manera pierden clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO !! Ha deteriorado su servicio, envian un prenda equivocada, prometen una fecha y no es la que enviaran la prenda correcta. Se NIEGAN hacer una devolución y se ve uno forzado a obtener una nota de crédito. Osea seguirles comprando!!. La gerente de nombre Carmen no soluciona nada y es pésima para ofrecer una resolución y le falta servicio!!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE !! They have deteriorated their service, they send the wrong garment, they promise a date and it is not the one that they will send the correct garment. They REFUSE to make a return and one is forced to obtain a credit note. So keep buying them !!. The manager named Carmen does not solve anything and is terrible to offer a resolution and lacks service !!!
