Lleve un juego de sabanas y edredón, mi esposo me hizo el favor de recogerlo. Pagamos, el no se dió cuenta.
Cuando lo quise colocar en mi cama las sabanas perdieron el resorte para sujetarla. Obviamente ya no las puedo ocupar.
El edredón cuenta con unas manchas como de otro color, fue salpicado.
Quise hablar con alguien para que resolviera la situación y me canse de esperar. Nadie me dió solución.
Terrible service.
I brought a set of sheets and quilt, my husband did me the favor of picking it up. We paid, he did not notice.
When I wanted to put it on my bed the sheets lost the spring to hold it. Obviously I can not occupy them anymore.
The quilt has some stains like another color, it was sprinkled.
I wanted to talk to someone to resolve the situation and I got tired of waiting. Nobody gave me a solution.
